Why PGDM??

               I always wanted to do an MBA that adds up good market value for me. PGDM course is an autonomous course which comes directly under the control of the college than any university making it more flexible. (B-schools like IIMs also award PGDM degree) When required we can make changes and add latest things to the course plan. At the same time the course is more industry oriented which is necessary in the present scenario as I have work experience also. The unique on going internship is also very unique compared to other courses. The course has got AICTE approval which gives it recognition all over India.
               Working with more number of experienced people gives the course a more professional approach than a regular classroom and also experiences from the industry. Also the batch strength is small which gives all of us more opportunity of personal attention. The fees structure is affordable compared to the other courses. Added advantage is the name PSG which comes along with it, which has got a big name in the industry. All these things make me feel that PGDM is a better course to choose and that’s why I took PGDM.

latest updates

      Gold settled at 32000 as pressure seen last week on rupee firmness helped by capital inflows on optimism that the government will be able to win a vote in parliament and push through key reforms. Also drop was due to ongoing concern that US lawmakers may fail to reach a settlement in talks aimed at avoiding self-imposed tax increases and budget cuts known as the fiscal cliff. gold to tumbled 2.2% last week, the most since June 22.  While the PM’s Economic Advisory Council’s chairman, C.Rangarajan, has warned that any move to put a ban on gold imports will lead to an increase in the smuggling of the precious yellow metal.

      Gold price recovered by Rs 170 to Rs 32,000 per 10 gm in the national capital today on emergence of retailers buying for the wedding season amid firming global trend. Traders said emergence of retail customers buying for the ongoing wedding season mainly pulled back the gold, which had lost Rs 270 in the previous session.They said a firming tend in overseas markets further supported the uptrend.The gold rallied in global markets from its biggest weekly drop in more than five months as investor holdings in exchange-traded products advanced to a record and a decline in the dollar boosted demand.

Why PGDM

As I had a great desire to take Management Program and as my ambition to be a prominent personality in the business field. But, I was in a dilemma, whether to take PGDM or MBA. when I enquired few of my relatives and friends I found out that PGDM is a course specially designed for working professionals  which teaches current corporate culture , where as MBA is more of an exam oriented program
PGDM attracted me from a wide range of academic discipline, and I believed that it would offer more challenging jobs and give me lot of opportunities.  The reputation of PSGIM also played a big role in deciding PGDM over MBA. It is a very innovative course and it is a best tool for reach at higher levels. This is a very important thing to consider that without a master degree in business, I can't be promoted to higher levels of job. In this modern competitive business field requires highly skilled and educated persons, so PGDM is a plus point.
In this program I have the option of familiarize with general business courses throughout the program. This program designed to make deep knowledge in various business areas, such as finance, marketing, human resource management... etc

 I am very confident that the PGDM program in PSGIM will progress my career and enhance my  learning in right path.

Why do I love You, Sir?

"Why do I love" You, Sir?
Because—
The Wind does not require the Grass
To answer—Wherefore when He pass
She cannot keep Her place.

Because He knows—and
Do not You—
And We know not—
Enough for Us
The Wisdom it be so—

The Lightning—never asked an Eye
Wherefore it shut—when He was by—
Because He knows it cannot speak—
And reasons not contained—
—Of Talk—
There be—preferred by Daintier Folk—

The Sunrise—Sire—compelleth Me—
Because He's Sunrise—and I see—
Therefore—Then—
I love Thee—

Emily Dickinson

The  poet narrates her unconditional love to god, despite her fear.she describes her love to him happened without any reason,by saying, God does not need her to explain why she loves him, it is like the grass blending with the wind when it passes.
The poet shows her faith to god by describing that god know you better then you do,he understand your needs and deeds. she finds god as her protector describing that god as her eye lid who closes automatically when lightning comes. she consider him as her guide towards the path of life, by mentioning him as daintier folk. she portrays god as the sunrise who acts like a father, and therefore she loves him

Solitude

laugh, and the world laughs with you;
Weep, and you weep alone.
For the sad old earth must borrow it's mirth,
But has trouble enough of its own.
Sing, and the  hills will answer;
Sigh, it is lost on the air.
The echoes bound to a joyful sound,
But shrink from voicing care.
Rejoice, and men will seek you;
Grieve, and they turn and go.
They want full measure of all your pleasure,
But they do not need your woe.
Be glad, and your friends are many;
Be sad, and you lose them all.
There are none to decline your nectared wine,
But alone you must drink life's gall.
Feast, and your halls are crowded;
Fast, and the world goes by.
Succeed and give, and it helps you live,
But no man can help you die.
There is room in the halls of pleasure
For a long and lordly train,
But one by one we must all file on
Through the narrow aisles of pain.
Ella Wheeler Wilcox

The Arthur describes the outcome by seeking happiness in this poem.she wants to inspire people to be happy rather then being sad by saying that by being happy people will be attracted to you by which  your life a heaven and, when you are sad you repel people out of your boundary so that your whole life will become a disaster. she emphasis on being happy saying that even the  earth is borrowing happiness despite all the pain it has.
She relates peoples emotions with their life's fate. if you have positive emotions all the good deeds will come to you whereas, negative emotions will leave you in bitterness. she finishes the poem beautifully saying about how life's choice to be happy, as there is room for everyone in this world in the hall of pleasure which is a long journey for which everybody must cross the aisles of pain
